By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Products, Accuracy, and Availability

Availability: All wig units and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or to refuse any order.
Product Representation: We strive for maximum accuracy in descriptions and images. However, because the actual colors/textures you see depend on your monitor or mobile device settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be 100% accurate.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Payments & Security

Currency: All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing: All payments are handled via PayStack, a PCI-compliant third-party gateway. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by PayStack’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Data Security: We prioritize your financial safety. The Hair City does not store, see, or have access to your sensitive financial data, such as Credit/Debit card numbers or Mobile Money PINs. All data is encrypted and handled exclusively by our payment partner.
Limitation of Liability: While we partner with industry leaders to ensure a secure experience, The Hair City is not liable for any errors, service interruptions, or security breaches originating from third-party payment processors or your mobile network provider.

5.1 Orders and Shipping

Shipping Services: To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we utilize a combination of The Hair City’s internal dispatch team and trusted third-party courier services. While we facilitate the booking and handover for all orders, please note that third-party carriers operate as independent entities.
Risk of Loss: For all deliveries, the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the internal dispatch rider or third-party carrier.
Limits of Responsibility: While we take every precaution in packaging, The Hair City is not liable for the acts, omissions, or delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., interstate buses or international couriers). Any claims for damages or loss during transit via third parties should be directed to the carrier, though we will assist you in the communication and claims process where possible.
Technology Accuracy: We use automated tools and WordPress plugins to calculate real-time shipping rates. We reserve the right to contact you to correct any shipping price errors resulting from software malfunctions or incorrect zone calculations before the order is dispatched.

5.2 International Shipping & Customs

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For orders shipped outside of Ghana, you (the customer) are considered the “importer of record.” You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Additional Charges: The Hair City is not responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or brokerage fees incurred during the delivery process. These charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
Customs Delays: While we provide all necessary documentation for export, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance procedures of the destination country.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Hygiene Policy

Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, hair products must be in original factory condition to be eligible for return. The lace must be uncut, and the hair must be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn.
Window of Return: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Exclusions: Sale items, clearance units, and customized orders are Final Sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive with a proven manufacturing defect.
Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item sent was incorrect or faulty.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Application: Promotional codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively.
Limitations: Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion or reject codes in cases of suspected misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

Company Ownership: All original content included on this Website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, custom graphics, product descriptions, and original photography—is the exclusive property of Nadia’s Hair City and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright and trademark laws.
