4. Shipping Procedures & Liability
  • Accuracy: Customers must provide a correct and detailed shipping address (including Ghana Post Digital Address where applicable). The Hair City is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

  • Third-Party Liability: While we partner with the most reliable couriers, The Hair City is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party services, unforeseen customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned to us because it was refused or the customer was unavailable for multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
