Orders are only processed and prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed in full. You will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email as soon as your transaction is successful. This serves as your digital receipt.

3. Transaction Processing Fee

To provide you with a secure and convenient checkout experience, all payments are finalized via our trusted partner, Paystack.

Purpose: A Transaction Processing Fee is applied to cover the costs of securely verifying and processing your payment through local and international financial networks.
Visibility & Selection: Please note that your final total—including the transaction fee—is calculated and displayed within the secure Paystack payment window that appears after you click ‘Place Order.’
Payment Options: Once the Paystack window opens, you will be presented with the available payment options (Mobile Money, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) to choose from before authorizing the final amount.

4. Currency & International Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).

Currency Conversion: For international customers, your bank or card issuer will automatically convert the total into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
External Fees: Please note that your bank may charge a small international transaction or “cross-border” fee. The Hair City is not responsible for these bank-specific charges.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to flag any transaction that appears suspicious. In such cases, we may reach out for additional verification before dispatching your hair units.
