How To Place Order

Shopping for luxury hair should be as seamless as wearing it. Follow our step-by-step guide to place your order with confidence.

Step 1: Browse & Select Your Luxury Units

Explore Collections: Browse our signature collections (Bone Straight, Raw Curls, Super Double Drawn, etc.) or use the search bar to find a specific look.
View Details: Click on a product to see detailed specifications, including length, weight (grams), closure/frontal type, and pricing in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
Customize & Add to Cart: Select your preferred options and click “Add to Cart” or “Buy It Now”.

Step 2: Review Your Shopping Cart

Access Cart: Click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
Apply Discounts: If you have a promotional code, enter it in the “Coupon” box and click “Apply” before moving forward.
Proceed to Checkout: Review your items and click the “Checkout” button.

Step 3: Provide Information

Contact & Shipping: Enter your current email, phone number, and a precise shipping address.
Tip: For deliveries in Ghana, please include your accurate Ghana Post Digital Address in the Postcode / Zip code field at the checkout page to help our dispatch riders find you quickly.
Billing Details: Ensure your billing information matches your payment method to avoid transaction flags.

Step 4: Select Shipping & Payment

- - Shipping Method: Choose between Standard, Express, or International Delivery.
  - Finalize Order: Click “Place Order.” This will open the Secure Paystack Window, where you will select your final payment method (MoMo, Card, or Bank Transfer) and see the final total including the transaction fee.

Accepted Payment Methods

Shipping Times & Expectations

Please note that your total wait time consists of Processing + Transit Time. To ensure every unit meets our luxury standards, please note our two-stage delivery process:
